- Application of the Terms & conditions
The General Terms & Conditions (further down: “GTCs”) apply to all the purchasable products on https://drfetcher.com, which website is maintained by ForCore Solutions Kft.
By using and/or registering on the website, the Customer agrees to the GTCs and considers them obligatory on themselves.
We hereby inform you, that questions regarding the online purchases and the transportation of goods can be directed to our contact channels mentioned in this GTC document.

- Using the website
The website can only be used by persons agreeing to the Privacy Policy and the GTCs.
Minors or persons with limited capacity to act can only use the services of the website with the consent of their legal representative. The website and its operator is not responsible to know or to find out who is behind the online transactions on the user’s end, therefore in this regard the responsibility lies with the Customer.
In case of a Customer enters the website of ForCore Solutions Kft. and continues using the online store, then this use is considered as an understanding, acknowledgment and agreement from the Customer’s side regarding the terms and conditions written in the GTCs and the Privacy Policy.
In case a Customer does not agree to the GTCs and the Privacy Policy, then they must discontinue from using the website and its online store.
- Regulations regarding concluding a contract electronically
The website operated by ForCore Solutions Kft. in reference to the Directive 2000/31/EC on certain legal aspects of information society services, in particular electronic commerce in the Internal Market provides the following information for the users of https://drfetcher.com:
Details, prices and attributes of the product become available when clicking on the product’s picture or entering the product’s page. The Customer can add a product to their virtual basket by clicking on the ‘Add to basket’ button of said product’s page. They can enter their virtual basket by clicking on its icon or on the ‘View basket’ text, where they can view, modify or delete the product(s). By clicking on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ text they are able to continue the process of purchasing the products. Creating an account is not a criteria of being able to finish an order.
By proceeding to the checkout page, the Customer can enter their billing details and if different from that information, they can enter an alternative shipping address. If only the ‘Billing details’ section is filled, the information given there is automatically regarded as equivalent to the delivery address requested by the Customer. The payment method relevant to the Customer must be chosen on the same page as well. By clicking on the ‘Place order’ button, the Customer accepts GTCs of https://drfetcher.com website and confirms the purchase it is considered as a binding offer from the Customer’s side.
This however does not automatically mean, that ForCore Solutions Kft. Accepted this offer.
This offer made by using and placing an order on drfetcher.com is not a written contract and it is not filed, therefore it cannot be viewed or accessed afterwards. From a legal perspective an order placed in the online store is considered a legal statement in the form of a suggestive behaviour.
The primary language of any information, administration or contracting is English, or can be the local language depending on the country when possible.
Information connected to the products and their prices can be accessed and viewed by the Customer before the purchase is made. The products can only be bought from ForCore Solutions Kft. By placing an order online which is then delivered by courier to a given address by the Customer. The prices shown on the product page of each product include a 27% VAT as per the local Hungarian law, however it does not include the price of the delivery service.
If, despite all care and caution, an incorrect price is indicated in the online store, then ForCore Solution Kft. is not obliged to sell at the incorrect price, but can offer the Customer the correct and actual price, knowing which the Customer may withdraw from the purchase.
In particular, but not exclusively, the following are considered incorrect prices:
– an obviously wrong, unrealistic price, which differs significantly from the generally accepted price of a similar product;
– EUR “0” or EUR “1” price that may appear due to a system error;
– other price showing a striking value disproportionThe receipt of the Customer offer or order results in a binding offer on the part of the Customer.
Placing an order on the part of the Customer does not result in the creation of a contract between ForCore Solutions Kft. and the Customer. The online store of ForCore Solutions Kft. will confirm the arrival of the offer (order) sent by the Customer without delay to the Customer via an automatically generated e-mail. This confirmation e-mail only informs the Customer that the order has been received by the Online Store. The Customer is obliged to check the content of the confirmation e-mail and check the correctness of the data and parameters he provided. Any problems, shipping or other additional costs or impossibility or delay arising from incorrect or insufficiently detailed data and information shall be borne by the Customer and shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Confirmation of the arrival of the Customer’s order detailed in this point does not mean acceptance of the Customer’s offer.

- Shipping & delivery costs
Home delivery is only available for deliveries in the territory of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
The prices of our goods or products do not include shipping costs. Once you reach a certain order value threshold, the shipping costs may be reduced. We will inform you about the shipping costs before you complete your order on the site’s checkout page.
- Payment methods
Data entered during online payment is not stored by ForCore Solutions Kft.’s web store, it is managed by the respective payment processing company, and different data protection regulations of financial service providers apply in these cases.
The customer can pay online via PayPal, Stripe, ApplePay and AmazonPay.
All costs incurred by the Customer in connection with the payment of the product are borne by the Customer in all cases.
The delivered product remains the property of ForCore Solutions Kft. until the purchase price is paid in full.
The invoice issued by ForCore Solutions Kft. adheres to the guidelines of the EU legislation.
- Return policy
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason for the withdrawal. The statutory cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear statement (for example, a letter sent via post, or email).
The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are made according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.
You have the right of 14 days of withdrawal from the date you received the item. On sale products, return rights apply for 14 days. In case of withdrawal, you have to attach the order number, your name, your e-mail address. In order to be entitled to return a product, the product must be unused and in its original condition. The product must be completely free of hair, dirt or the like. The product must also be in its original packaging. ForCore Solutions Kft. reserves the right to accept or refuse refund if the product is not in a marketable condition.
Note that ForCore Solutions Kft. does not account for the cost of return shipping. The product must be packaged properly in a carton or return packet.Once the product has returned to ForCore Solutions Kft. and has been checked and approved, your purchase will be refunded free of charge. Return period: You have to return the goods within 14 days at the latest from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The return period is met if you send the goods back before the return period of 14 days has expired. The return address will be communicated to you before sending the package..
Return costs must be paid for by the Consumer, regardless of business, legal or logistical reasons and without any intention of discrimination.
